The Dashboard
Your workspace's home page: new songs, deliveries waiting for review, what your team changed, what needs cleaning up, and what's been played and opened.
The Dashboard is where Catalyst opens each time you sign in. Get back to it from the top of the sidebar or with g then h. Each pane loads on its own, and links through to the full list behind it.
The panes#
- New songs
- Songs added to Catalyst in the past week or month (switch with Week / Month), however they arrived: delivery, import or by hand. Press play right there.
- Deliveries waiting
- How many deliveries need review, how many couldn't be read, and the latest few with their scores. Before your first delivery, it shows your delivery address.
- Recent activity
- What changed in the last 30 days, grouped into readable lines: “Ava added 3 songs”, an import (“imported 12 songs from catalog.csv”), an approved delivery, BPM and key detected for new versions.
- Catalog health
- Songs with incomplete splits, no writers or no audio. Each number opens the Library filtered to exactly those songs.
- Listening
- Your recent plays, and the songs your team played most this week.
- Share activity
- How often your share links were opened, played and downloaded recently, and which links were busiest. See Views, plays and downloads.
Three panes are placeholders for features that haven't shipped: Insights, Calendar (writing sessions from Google Calendar) and Holds & releases. They say “Coming soon” and never show sample data.
