Catalog management,
for what’s next.
The catalog workspace for music publishers. Catalyst finds songs, fills in the details and handles the follow-ups, and your team approves. Less time on admin, more time with the music.

The bottom line
Less time on manual work. More time with the music.
01 · Search
Find the right song before the call ends.
Search runs on data Catalyst fills in itself: BPM, key and energy from the audio, mood, genre and lyric themes from AI, and how every recording sounds. Filter by any of it, or just describe the sound you’re after.
- “Sounds like” finds songs in your catalog that sound like the one you're playing.
- Filter by BPM, key, mood, genre, lyric theme, writer, status, holds and label.
- Save any filter to your sidebar. It stays live as songs come in.

02 · Automated workflows
Songs arrive by email. Catalyst does the typing.
Give your writers one address. AI reads each delivery’s email, lyrics and audio and proposes the song, writers and splits. Approve one, or a whole batch at once. AI proposes; your team approves.

Drop files anywhere
Drop audio on the Library or a playlist and it becomes a song, titled from the file name.
Writers matched for you
Each name in a delivery is matched to the writers you already have. New names are suggested, never added on their own.
Releases fill themselves in
When a song comes out, its release date, label, artwork and links come from Spotify for you to confirm.
03 · Songwriter accessNew
Give your songwriters their songs. Only theirs.
Invite the writers you work with into your workspace. You decide who gets access, which writer each person signs in as, and what each of them can do. They see only the songs they’re credited on.

What you can let them do, on their own songs
- Always: play every version, make their own playlists and see their writer profile.
- Download the originals, or MP3s.
- Send share links to their songs and their playlists.
- Add new versions and upload audio.
- Keep lyrics and notes up to date.
- See holds, cuts and releases, and log pitches, holds and cuts. Your team gets a notification.
- See their own deliveries.
What stays with your team
- Every song they aren't credited on.
- Your team's pitches, passes and contacts.
- Changing titles, writers, splits or tags.
- Reports, imports, sessions and workspace settings.
An owner invites them from Settings → Team members, picks Songwriter and the writer they sign in as, then switches each of these on or off: once for every songwriter, or just for one person. Any of it can change at any time, and the songwriter is told. Each songwriter takes a team seat. It works in any browser, and in the iPhone app when it launches.
04 · Import & export
Bring your whole catalog over. Take it with you anytime.
Upload any spreadsheet or administrator export and Catalyst maps the columns for you, then shows exactly what will change before anything does.
- Unclear columns get an AI suggestion, shown for you to confirm.
- Fill in blanks only, by default: an import never overwrites what you have.
- Drop folders of audio, or pick files in Google Drive, and they're matched to your songs by name.
- Export any view or saved report to Excel with real dates and percentages, in one click.

05 · Pipeline & insights
Every song, from pitch to release.
Log pitches, holds, cuts and releases on each song, and Catalyst keeps watch for you: which songs get played after you send a link, which holds need a follow-up, which writing sessions never became a song.
- Songs “getting spins” on a share link are flagged, per link and never per person.
- Holds come with follow-up reminders; a cut prompts a splits check.
- Writing sessions from your calendar with no song after them are flagged “No song yet”.
- Pitch suggestions from an A&R brief.Coming soon

06 · Keyboard
Run your whole catalog from the keyboard.
Everything has a key. Jump anywhere with ⌘K, move with j and k, play with the space bar, and approve a delivery with e. Your hands never leave the keys.
The basics
Everything you’d expect, done well.
Calm, fast and obvious: someone coming from a spreadsheet finds their way without a manual, and the player keeps going while you work.
Catalog and library
Every song and every version of it, from work tape to master, with writers, publishers, tags, lyrics and history. Originals are never touched; every change is logged.
Splits and identifiers
Splits, PROs, IPI/CAE, ISWC and ISRC, controlled shares and territories on every song. Splits that don't reach 100% are saved and flagged, never blocked.
Playlists and share links
Playlists of the exact recordings you mean, and share pages that look great on any phone, with expiry, download control and play counts.
Team workspace
Invite your team as owners or members, and your songwriters with a view of their own. Every workspace is private, isolated at the database level.
On your phone
The whole app works in your phone's browser: find a song, play it, share it and approve deliveries on the go.
Integrations
Works with what you already use.
A growing set of connections, each doing one job well.

Built for unreleased music
Your catalog is confidential. Catalyst treats it that way.
Private by default
Each workspace is isolated at the database level. Audio sits in private storage and plays through short-lived links.
Nothing silently lost
Original files are never modified, deletes are recoverable, and every change is recorded with its before and after.
AI proposes, you decide
Every AI suggestion is clearly marked and never overwrites what someone on your team entered.
Never used for training
Your music is never used to train AI models.
