- Getting startedCreate your workspace, walk through the five-step setup, and invite the people who pitch and manage your catalog.
- Using Catalyst on your phoneCatalyst works in your phone's browser: find a song, play it, share it and approve deliveries from anywhere, with nothing to install.
- Keyboard shortcutsCatalyst uses Gmail-style shortcuts: single letters when you're not typing, and g followed by a letter to jump anywhere. Press ? in the app to see them all.
Your catalog
- Your LibrarySearch the whole catalog, narrow it with filters for writer, status, BPM and key, and keep the views you use as one-click lists in the sidebar.
- Songs, versions & splitsHow a song is put together in Catalyst: its versions, writers and splits, publishers and territories, and how to clean up duplicates without losing anything.
- Audio analysis: BPM, key and energyCatalyst listens to every recording you add and fills in its tempo and key, so you can filter and sort by them. Correct any value and yours is kept for good.
- Importing your catalogBring in songs, writers and splits from a spreadsheet or your administrator's export, then match a folder of audio to them. You see a preview before anything changes.
Intake & sharing
- Song deliveries by emailWriters email songs to your workspace's delivery address. Catalyst reads each email into a proposed song, and nothing reaches your catalog until someone on your team approves it.
- Playlists & share linksCollect the exact recordings you mean into playlists, then send a playlist or a single song as a link that plays on any phone, with an expiry, a download switch and simple view and play counts.
- Writer one-sheetsA one-page introduction to a writer, with their photo, bio and best credits, and a QR code that opens a sampler of their songs. Print it or save it as a PDF.
